Every request is important to us at ukbedsdirect, and we hope you like your new bed. Your items are custom-made, one-of-a-kind, and unique to you, and are thus non-returnable. We provide a 48-hour cooling downtime which allows you to be able to change your view about minor details or cancel your request. After 48 hours, a colleague will contact you to verify the details of your request.

We pay close attention to detail and devote the extra time and effort necessary to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your request; nonetheless, we know that an unexpected circumstance may arise from time to time and if so make sure that you contact us as soon as possible if you’ve received an incorrect or broken item so we can rectify any issues and work out a replacement as soon as possible.

If it’s not too difficult, we ask that all clients inspect everything upon delivery to ensure that any issues or injuries are swiftly addressed. In the unlikely event that there are any damages or difficulties, these should be written on the delivery note prior to marking and responded to us at ukbedsdirect within 48 hours. Unfortunately, ukbedsdirect will not accept responsibility for any issue that arises outside of this time frame or without a record on the delivery note, since it will be liable to inadvertent harm. If you require your item to be returned or traded due to flaws or incorrect orders, we will arrange for the delivery of a replacement item(s) and the collection of your current item(s) at no expense to you.

If the packaging has already been opened for whichever purpose, sleeping pads or mattresses cannot be returned. If you prefer to return a sleeping cushion while it is still in its original packaging and notify us within 7 days, we will accept your return and offer a full refund.

Each request is handled on a case-by-case basis, so if you are dissatisfied with your order and desire to return it, ukbedsdirect may be able to work with you on a return and discount with chiefs’ caution. This will result in a £150 conveyance/assortment and administration fee, with ukbedsdirect retaining the option to amend this with prior notification and the client’s continuous supply of the board. If it’s not too much bother, the customer must make sure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during the return journey.

There is no deduction if you cancel the order within 48 hours after the placement of your order. After 48 hours there will be 20% deduction from the final cost of the order as bed will be in completion step so this deduction will be related to material cost.

For all deliveries, our courier will contact you to schedule a time. During this tough period, you will not be able to set your own date.
If you haven’t provided an up-to-date cell or home contact number, expect further delays in your goods being provided as it is vital we have your details in order to contact you.

MOST PARTS OF THE UK ARE FREE OF CHARGE FOR DELIVERY

To most regions of the UK, delivery is free and quick. At ukbedsdirect.co.uk, we provide a premium delivery service on all orders.
After you place an order and the items are ready for distribution (typically within 24/48 hours), you will receive an email/text message offering you a delivery date of your choice. To enjoy the benefits of this service, we request all clients to provide an up-to-date mobile or home contact number as well as an email address.
Each item is made only after a verified order has been received. For items that are out of stock, shipping can take up to 21 working days in rare circumstances. Each piece is custom-made to order. There should be no effect on the delivery timetable as
a result of this. If you require an item immediately or on a specific day, please contact our sales staff, who will be able to make the necessary arrangements. All of our deliveries are made by a professional furniture carrier, ensuring that your items
arrive in pristine condition. Your item will be sent fully insured for your peace of mind, and in the unlikely event of
damage, it will be exchanged free of charge.
You’ll also get an email and a text message from the delivery team the day before the delivery to let you know when it’s coming. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, deliveries may be canceled in rare instances, and we are unable to compensate consumers for missed appointments.
If your area is not covered by our furniture delivery crew, goods are only dispatched with a regular courier; if in doubt, please ask. Our courier service delivery timeline is again a speedy 2-4 days.
Please keep in mind that we do not remove your old mattresses or beds, nor do we provide assembly services.
Our Divan beds and certain mattresses can take anywhere from 7 to 14 working days to arrive. Delivery is free and fast to most parts of the UK, although some items may take longer – please see the Delivery tab on the product page for more information. Furthermore, certain products come from many suppliers and will be delivered using various delivery services.
Please be cautious if you receive a call or an email from one of our couriers. Any calls or emails that go unanswered will only delay the delivery of your goods, so please keep your contact information up to current. home Prior to delivery, our private courier will contact you to schedule you for available slots;

please do not take time off work until you hear from our couriers. Calls or text messages are frequently used to communicate. The customer will be notified of the delivery date after receiving the message, and most deliveries are scheduled for the same day. Due to the fact that each item is custom-made to the customer’s specifications, returns are not possible.
Deliveries are made to your property’s community door, and couriers are not permitted to take products any further. Any courier who delivers products beyond the common door does so only as a gesture of goodwill and at the buyer’s discretion; please note that the company is not responsible for any risk to the items outside the communal door.

ANY OFF-SHORE LOCATION DELIVERIES

Please note that ALL deliveries to off-shore islands will be shipped uninsured, and the buyer assumes all liability.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our furniture, and we are convinced that you will be delighted with your purchase.
Returns are not accepted.
There will be a cancellation charge of up to £49 if you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed OR a delivery has been scheduled

EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENTS

If any parts are missing from your order, we will send you a replacement as soon as feasible. Please inform us of any damage to the goods within 48 hours after delivery, as we may not be able to exchange damaged items at a later date.
In order to repair damaged parts, photographic evidence may be necessary.
